Professional profile
Maggie is a Senior Consultant who specialises in professional growth specifically in the Education sector. With over 30 years extremely successful experience in primary education as teacher and principal in mainstream and special schools she provides professional support that engages with educators and school communities. Maggie focuses on supporting school leaders in their ongoing professional growth to in turn build the learning organisation’s professional capital.
Maggie founded the eLearning Network within Howick and Pakuranga Schools in 2013, facilitating opportunities for whole-school professional development programmes focused on Modern Learning Practice. This ongoing successful initiative continues to grow as a collaborative, needs-based programme in 2016, drawing on experts from tertiary education and fellow consultants to provide up to the moment professional development for senior leadership teams and teachers across colleges and primary schools.
